Terms of use (version 2026-10-v2)

  1. Who this is for. This is a free, restricted information service for officers of the Indian Army, Navy and Air Force who wish to apply for, or are waiting for, sponsorship under the DGR Security Agency Scheme. Access is granted only after verification, to one person, for a limited period.
  2. Not affiliated with DGR / MoD. This service is run by Arvind Kumar Singh Security Agency (AKSSA). It is not part of, approved by, or connected with the Directorate General Resettlement or the Ministry of Defence.
  3. Source and accuracy of data. The information is compiled from state-wise lists published by DGR. Lists can be updated late, contain errors, or be misread during compilation. Figures such as guards and months may be out of date. Always check the official DGR website before acting.
  4. Estimates and predictions. Any estimate of waiting-list movement or the chance of a sponsorship is a statistical indication based on limited past data. It is not a promise, forecast or guarantee. Sponsorship is decided solely by DGR under its guidelines, and sponsorship is not a contract or a guarantee of guards. If your state is not shown, there is not enough data for an estimate.
  5. Not legal or professional advice. Nothing here is legal, financial, tax, regulatory or professional advice, and using this service does not create an advisor-client or any other relationship with AKSSA. Please take advice suited to your situation. DGR rules require each officer to run his or her own agency personally.
  6. No liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, AKSSA is not liable for any loss, cost or decision arising from use of, or reliance on, this service, or from its unavailability, errors or omissions.
  7. Your access. Your first access runs for 3 days from your first sign-in, plus a 2-day grace. You may then ask for an extension (12 months at a time). Extensions are at AKSSA's discretion and may be declined, in which case access ends and the account is closed. Access may be withdrawn at any time.
  8. Your login is personal. Please do not share your username or password. To honour this free service, we monitor sign-in patterns, and if sharing is found we will have to close your registration.
  9. Acceptable use. Do not copy, scrape, publish, resell or redistribute the data or screenshots of it, or use it to contact or solicit the officers named. The data is shown with your name as a watermark.
  10. What we record. We record when you sign in and which pages, states and tools you use, to run and improve the service and to detect misuse. See the Privacy notice.
  11. Changes and law. We may change or stop the service and these terms. Indian law applies; courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction.
